Idol Judges Head To Vegas

After the American Idol winner is crowned on Sunday May 23, Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan have plans to hit the Las Vegas stage and do what they do so well —- live concerts, Lionel was the first to announce his shows at the Wynn starting in September. Katy and Luke will be appearing at the brand new Resorts World at the venue simply called The Theater. This will be Luke’s first Las Vegas residency gig and he can’t wait. But you might get to see Luke not only onstage but in the casino itself doing what so many people come to Vegas to do —- gamble. “I love to play blackjack and craps,” acknowledges Luke. “But I’m also smart enough to not give all of my profits back to the casino. When I’m gambling, it’s a little bit of an escape for me. I just enjoy sitting and watching the cards fall, and having a couple of drinks with friends and laughing and telling stories.” So if you can’t get a ticket to the show, check out the casino area afterwards.
